Content Update Policy
ToolVanta keeps resource pages and tool guidance current by reviewing functionality, broken links, metadata, schema, and practical examples.
What triggers an update
- A tool changes behavior, labels, output format, or supported input.
- A resource page has outdated advice, unclear examples, or weak internal links.
- A broken link, schema issue, metadata problem, or accessibility issue is found.
- A reader reports a correction or suggests a better workflow.
- A new resource or compare page creates a better internal link path.
How update dates work
Resource pages may show a published date, last updated date, and reviewed by information. The date is changed when the page receives a meaningful editorial or technical update, not for tiny formatting-only edits.
Correction policy
Corrections are prioritized when they affect user safety, privacy claims, tool accuracy, broken links, or search quality. Send corrections to support@toolvanta.space with the page URL and a short explanation.
Review limits
ToolVanta does not provide professional advice. Calculators and generators are designed for practical estimates and drafting workflows. Important outputs should be reviewed before business, academic, financial, legal, or technical reliance.
